At STIF School we employ people who :
have pedagogical training ( people in the process of gaining qualifications are also welcome ),
They can work with children in a calm, decisive and consistent manner, they are independent, well-organized and are not afraid of responsibility.
We invite people who can translate the curriculum into practice without rigidly adhering to textbooks and are willing to participate in trips, shifts, and additional school activities to cooperate.
The STIF school will not be a suitable place for people who expect formulaic work from bell to bell, are not ready for team meetings and work evaluations, count on ready-made materials and "shortcuts" leading, and avoid changes, difficulties and learning new things.
