Dalton Plan
FROM SEPTEMBER 2024 WE WILL INTRODUCE THE DALTON PLAN
"The Dalton Plan is a well-known teaching method that emphasizes students' independence, responsibility, cooperation and reflection."
In accordance with the assumptions of the Dalton Plan, many secondary schools operated in Poland in the interwar period, and after 1945 - according to this methodology - scouting and cub scouting were organized.
The key is the competence tables on the basis of which we build the necessary skills , and task boards that visualize the student's plan for the near future.
We would like our actions to result in students' individual development plans .
We assume the process will be completed in 2028,
because we are building our own, unique educational space, tailored to our community -
which requires action with reflection.

Students have the freedom to choose topics
and ways of learning,
which increases their commitment and motivation.

Students learn to plan, organize and evaluate their work, which develops their life skills.
