We create education that allows young people to develop by harnessing their natural curiosity, talents, and predispositions. We support them in building self-esteem and self-awareness.
We cooperate
instead of competing
We're building a space for work and learning with respect for everyone. We're a team where good communication is key and gossip is avoided. We operate like a tribe, where younger members learn from older ones and draw on their experience.
Students learn,
and they are not taught
Everyone should work at their own pace – as long as it's effective. We teach at school, not at home – hence the lack of homework and no tutoring. We don't give tests, but we teach students to assess their own knowledge and needs.
We are a stage
Just
School is a brief phase of life, a time of development, a place of experience, the creation of diverse relationships, and first loves. Our school is a space of technical skills and inspiration from dedicated teachers.
We implement sensitivity
to yourself and your surroundings
Social responsibility is important to us. We take care of ourselves and others, say NO to consumerism, and develop skills that allow us to take care of things (small sewing, DIY, cooking).
We conclude
and we doubt
Education is the ability to connect the dots. We focus on the process of learning about the world from different perspectives, through various means – through experience, active participation, trial and error.
Textbooks are just a supplement.
